I reviewed financial statements for companies worth hundreds of millions of dollars. I learned how to find what’s incorrect before it becomes a disaster, materially and financially.

But I always knew I was building toward something of my own.

When I left corporate, I didn't pivot randomly. I spent months analyzing every possible direction. From stress-testing ideas to asking hard questions…the same way I had done it professionally for years.

And what kept coming back to me was construction. The intersection of financial oversight, project execution, and design. A space where the skills I had spent a decade sharpening were not just useful — they were rare.
